When stepping into the D-Fit by Deawna Fitness & Wellness Studio, you’ll find yourself completely immersed in the theme of your class, be it Low-Light Yoga, high energy Turbo Kick® or full on dance floor lighting for our cardio dance formats like Zumba™ and RAvEnergy!. Also, never worry about keeping up. Our Instructors are trained and experienced in providing a class experience in which ALL can participate, so whether you are getting back into working out after a long absence, recovering from an illness or surgery or making your post-pregnancy comeback, there is a class for you. On the flipside, if you’re seeking a way to take your workouts or wellness practices to the next level, we’ve got you covered. We can lead you in whatever direction you seek when it comes to your fitness and wellness. The best part is, you don’t have to do it alone. Our private, studio setting offers a welcoming, comfortable, supportive community atmosphere.
